I'm sure that all attending docs are great but their policy of not having owners in the OR is not acceptable as all owners want to know what and how the consultation takes place

Always friendly, always open, great staff. Of course, emergencies take preference (as they should) so know that you might wait a little. They're expensive, but not any more so than any other vet. The biggest issue is parking, sometimes it requires a bit of manoeuvring.

Amazing doctors, very caring and have only the best for your pet in mind. Results were explained with a lot of patience and easy to understand. Would bring my cat back hers any time. Thank you very much to the doctors of Belmont road vet clinic

Great staff, well equipped. We always take our dogs here in an emergency after hours. They also do normal hours consulting too.

The veterinarian was quite knowledgeable and took time to explain. They were quite pricey and parking is a bit awkward.

The doctors, sisters, assistants, receptionists are all excellent! We had to visit here in an emergency when our dog broke her leg and had to have repeat visits over 4 months thereafter. They are patient, attentive, and very professional. One of the best vets in Cape Town. And they're one of the few open 24/7.

Gentle and very attentive care overnight for my cat after she'd been run over (in June 2016). The vet kept her on her lap and comforted her during the night, which we so appreciated. Staff was responsive and communicative.
