Excellent service received from baremetal. In the beginning I had a bit of issues but they never gave up on me they kept coming out to help me even taking my calls after hours and coming out after hours which I highly appreciated as you don't get that type of service they have given me back all the days my service was lost/bad which was awesome they have extremely friendly staff so well mannered when they enter your home, it was a choice well made and I couldn't have chosen better.

I have been with my BareMetal now for almost a year and I am very happy with them.If I ever have to ring them up for support they are very helpful and even though I don't call them very often they know who I am and answer my query very quickly.They are a small ISP based in Mitchells Plain and I have actually talked to the owner when I rang them one time and he was very friendly and we actually talked for about 20mins or more about various things not necessarily regarding I.S.P's
