These guys advertise same day delivery but clearly have no integrity. ECR was in store yesterday and I bought a bed. This morning I call to confirm delivery and the guy says by 12. Call them again at 12:40 speak to a manager Udesh and he promises delivery will be here in 30 min. An hour passes and no delivery still. Call back the store and its closing time so no support other than the driver will be there. Horrendous experience and I promise to never shop there again. Anyone asks me for advice on getting a bed will be told to never go here. I work with 5000 employees. I will publicise often and loudly.

Just looked at the last review and same experience a year ago. No changes and ECR ASSOCIATED WITH YOUlost for words.money buys everything.
