  Cheap prices but cheaper customer service. Had to return an item not fit for purpose. Was like pulling teeth. Buyer beware.

  Worst service ever !!! does not even begin to describe this business.
  ordered a water pump for a global ice machine beginning of Nov 2017 - to date 21 Feb 2018 no feedback re the status of the import.
  have sent 17 emails following up to date - we have not yet received 1 reply.
