Just a wonderful Golf Course. Well! I was perplexed with the management. They love their place and really take good care of it. Its evergreen, beautiful! I love the place.

I think its good to go places and discover more.

We usually go dog walking, which is great with dedicated parking and large grassy areas. Some swamp-like patches might leave a wandering dog muddy. Most dogs off-leash. The area is partly shared with joggers and MTB trail, but there's room for all. The club house has dog-friendly seating too, provided on-leash and controlled.

Everything is relative rightso the price that I paid versus the value I gotHuddle Parks value outweighed the price by far. The course is open. .very forgiving and easy to navigate. Friendly staff too. Half way house food was cheap and plentiful. You will certainly be satisfied to say the least.

Great for jogging, dog walks and cycling. Cycle and walking tracks need a bit of work at the moment but are usually well maintained with an interesting BMX route. Fantastic free activity in Joburg with beautiful natural scenery and plenty of good birding.

Ive been attending golf lessons at the course with coach Mike Kletz. His a great coach, however I find the way that the course treats him and his guests to be absolutely atrocious.

Firstly, the course management does not see the value that he adds to their facility by being there. He could easily take his expertise somewhere else, anywhere else in fact. One gets the feeling that the course acts as though they are doing him a favor by allowing him to teach there. Students are expected to purchase their own bucket of balls before the lesson begins, which isn’t the end of the world, however this used to be free up until a month ago. Furthermore kids are then expected to pay to practice on their so- called mashie course even if they’re just 3 years old and aren’t even going to hit more than 2-3 balls. This also was free in the past. I really do not see how this is promoting the game of Golf amongst youngsters and doing exactly the opposite.

The treatment of Mike gets even worse as he is told that he can not park his cart near the practice facility due to the fact that they will be cutting the grass in a weeks time. It seems that the course definitely has a vendetta against such a wonderful man and little do they realize that it is to the detriment to their facility.

This club has been improved drastically from the last time I was here in the 1990s. New Clubhouse well stocked Pro shop. Course is old-fashioned which I prefer. Hit the ball straight and you will score well. Go offline and you will suffer

Low green fees. Good, child friendly facilities and play areas. Golf course is good and easy to navigate. Not particularly undulating so it's easy to walk!

Beautiful view. Good for dog walking. Nice outside restaurant and many sporting activities like golf etc.Pity about the housing development on the one side of the area. It must be protected being one of Johannesburg 's green lungs.

What a beautiful and uniquely Joburg place. The trails and activities are great! It lost a star for the restaurant which could definitely be better , but if you have the patience you can get an average meal. Still, a beautiful place to spend a day

Overall a decent course with good food service. The tee boxes need levelling and the greens as well. Some nice challenging holes on the course.

Since this golf course has been reopened, there has been a revelation to the manner in which a golf course can be made to cater for the whole family. There is so many different activities and events going on. The golf course it's self is a real challenge on its own. Not very long but some tricky greens and natural hazards to content with.

Great for walking the dogs. Also mountain biking & canopy in trees. The restaurant is limited but adequate. Please way to walk the dogs & enjoy sunny days.

Mountain bike trails need maintenance badly, there are blackjacks everywhere and some of the trail has not been maintained in ages. They keep the golf course immaculate so I'm not sure why the bike trails have to be such a shambles.

Apart from that it's a great spot with good food and lovely for the kids. I go there a few times a month, just wish they would get the trails into good condition.

Decent course, greens are a bit unpredictable which makes it challenging. Otherwise not a bad course overall. Would I play it again? Maybe once or twice a year.

The place for your kids (2 legs or 4) to roam and relax or run and have fun. The place to be if you feel like getting away for the day without going out of jhb. Have a round of golf. Let the kids jump on the castle. The trampeline is down for now but still many other exciting kids activities. Catch a fish or ride a bike. Hit a few balls at the driving range. You can also greet anyone without you being looked at as being a fool.
