Had a service and some minor works done here recently. Great service and friendly too. I love how clean the workshop is. Keep it up guys! Special thanks to Gayle for being so efficient.

I took my car for its regular 15000kms service. Afterwards, I replaced tyres and did the wheel alignment (next door) where the gentleman kindly pointed out the rear sub-frame bearings on my car was totally disintegrated and had to be replaced (he picked this up while driving my car into their garage - confirmed by inspection). The question arises; why did Autoworks not pick this up and inform me during the regular service? Surely they check the safety of the vehicle during service?

In 2015, I took 3 cars to AutoWorks Milnerton and was happy with the friendly attitude of the staff, and the service I received on my vehicles. In mid January this year I took my Toyota in for a minor service. While the car was there, I was contacted and informed the vehicle needed additional work. This increased the quote from R795 to R2320. I wouldn't have thought anything of it, except I took my daughter's Opel in a week later, also for a minor service. Again I was contacted and told the car need additional work - this time amounting to an extra R9813.70. I wasn't happy with this turn of events, and only requested AutoWorks do what I considered is within their special field. I then took the car to a clutch and brake specialist who couldn't find any reason to replace the clutch (which AutoWorks was quoting me R6648 to do). I will not be returning to AutoWorks Milnerton.

If only I knew that all the 8 Days they . spent with my car it would come back even worse it was smoking yes and also that they had charged me 4200 then on the 9th day they decided to surrender and I was refunded some of my money that I had payed as a deposit but I was charged 1048r for labour yet they failed to fix it i am so disappointed. Such a waste of time all they could say was your car is too it's a 1998 model because they could not fix the smoking problem
