Just wanted to compliment you guys on the service I received from Darren this morning. I needed the PDC disconnected for my daughter to do her drivesr licence test. I was well received at service reception and never for a single moment was I made to feel that I was inconveniencing the Service department. Darren grabbed the vehicle and by the time I had finished a cup of coffee he was back, job done. He never stopped there he then demonstrated on the vehicle how I could reconnect after the driver licence test. He did a great job and placed the dealership in very high esteem in my view. Wonderful ambiance and interesting motor dealer. Well laid out showroom with the whole Audi model range and virtually every model with a sunroof. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting lounge.

Just spoke telephonically to the Service Manager, Kevin, regarding purchasing an extended maintenance plan on an Audi Q5.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of purchasing the extended maintenance plan.

He was also kind enough to give me his direct telephone number in the event I needed any more assistance on the matter.

I know where I will be taking my vehicle for a service in the future.
