  The meal was great. The place was so understaffed causing waiters to run around like headless chickens and not give the best service. I'll blame that to the management they seem to not care about their staff

  Breakfast food was good but it took 35 mins even though the place was empty. A request to hurry the order was met with a stoney glare. Good food poor customer service

  Baked potato old not freshly cooked. Very important to have freshly fried chips. You fell down badly here. Enjoyed the rib burger.

  Absolutely pathetic..ordered a chicken schnitzel, and a 300 g medium rump. Chicken schnitzel came without chips and onion rings and the rump was the size of a packet of 20 cigarettes. Definitely under 100g, hopelessly overdoneactually burnt!!!..

  Yesterday I ordered take aways from Spur and what a disappointment - IM STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO PHONE ME BACK ALMOST 24 HOURS LATER. I ordered 2 Hamburger and Chips(CLEARLY told the waiter that I want chips) as well as other food. Got home, NO CHIPS. The fuss is not about the chips, the fact stays, I PAID FOR IT and I wanted an answer from a manager on duty. I phoned and the easiest from the person who answered the phone was " Come and collect it" NO, I paid for it, so WHY should I drive back myself to collect something which was someone elses mistake. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH SPUR ERMELO AND MANAGEMENT.

  The best food ever. Have eaten the spare ribs at the Spur, and it was fantastic. The staff is very professional, and services was excellent.
