  Went to a concert here the other day. It looks like a lovely place. Secure entrance, pleasant lanes and cottages with a centrally located office and community centre.
  
  The flower beds and grass verges were immaculately kept.
  
  It isn't too far from Howick Venter - perhaps too far to walk, but a short drive. Convenient for church and other social things.

  It is like a botanical gardens.It has an excellent frail care and modest levies.
