An attractive, clean & comfortable B&B, & Dawn & Cheryl are friendly hosts. However, the room that I stayed in requires some minor touch-ups. The wall-mounted fan doesn't pivot, a lampshade is scorched & skew, the light covers in the bathroom need cleaning, & the wifi strength is so weak as to be almost non-existent. The many other B&B's that I have stayed in also serve a fruit salad/cereal before the main meal. I did not get this at Holme Lodge.

Good night's rest and lovely kind people save and very conveniently located
