Absolutely crap service. Stood in que for 15 min while Mr X was discussing a private matter on the phone. Apparently he was in an accident and his car was totaled and he could not understand. He then proceeds to "help" me. He was brash, rude and interrupted me twice mid sentence, he treated us like children when we asked him simple questions.

Been trying to call them on this number all day and it doesn't work do they have another number ???
