I have found this branch on numerous occassions pathetic.they call your number and then help someone else. You get told to wait until they've help others.

Fast and efficient service. Staff are knowledgeable and assist with any problems or queries.

The queue was fast (done through number calls ), the department selection was super fast (this adds to the short queues ).
The lady who helped me was a bit on the quite side (in terms of speech ) but was knowledgeable and very helpful.

After going through hell at FNB, I'm very impressed with Capitec.

(I would like to note that the bank Is hidden behind a large pillar, so it is a bit hard to spot if you are driving buy.)
