I had a problem with a payment made via EFT and Capitec did not bat an eyelid to help me. I asked the Social Media "Consultant" in charge of their Facebook to forward me a email Addie for someone in finance to have my back as my bank in my dispute with the place I made a purchase,Capitec ignores me. Seriously, I never experienced such lack of life from a bank.
