Upon Arrival At reception we were greeted very friendly and immediately felt comfortable. Well done to Louise "Think that's her name" for booking us in and making us feel welcome. Stands very neat and love the braai area at each stand. Definitely need to make a plan where the taps are at the camping stands, because 4 stands use 1 tap and the water becomes a problem when making a river and runs to the camp sites. Bad Attitude experienced at the Kiosk/Shop from a very rude, arrogant lady working there. Maintenance staff and cleaners are Tops. Warm pools and Jacuzzis nice and clean and hot. Well done!! Excellent security all round. Entertainment was tops and my kids had a blast! Will definitely return for another holiday. We had a great Easter Weekend 2018. Thank you all.

We went there for our anniversary last year because it was affordable and there was a heated pool We got there asked out about the pool and we got all our answer, wow were we excited at this point. But then horror struck as we went to look for the pool to only find it drained We could have dealt with that if the answer to our complaint wasn't the following: "well there is nothing we could do about it" no that is where you are wrong. You could have informed us about this before we got there or even when we were asking questions specifically about this on arrival. One person also told us it just happened where another person told us that it has been empty for weeks. I don't appreciate being lied to, especially by staff It is now almost 4 months later and I still wish I had my anniversary somewhere else

Friendly staff but management is not visible. Showing signs of neglect in bungalows. Lack of 1st aider when accidents occurred at the pool areas. Large compliment of units to rent. Suggestions of small upgrades will enhance the stay. Overall a very nice gettaway place 😎

Very rude reception. Was greeted with very insincere mood. Upon arriving at our chalet.. After check in time. The cleaning lady was trying to hide a leak and the drain was blocked.

And entering the place it was not clean and the sleeper couch was broken and not reported.

I will not recommend staying at this place.

Great variety from cosy chalets to stands for your own tents etc. Cold and warm water pools plus Jacuzzis, also has a large water slide. Perfect for affordable family fun. Tiny restaurant and quick stop shop with basic necessities.

I've been here a couple of times. They have a super tube, play ground for kids, i think 5 swimming pools where 2 of them are indoor heated pools. They have a few hot tubs. The cottages are cozy. They have a bar/restaurant and general shop. My reason for giving it 4 stars. Its usually crowded and you can't find a cottage if you don't book early enough.

Neat and clean. Reception staff friendly. Owners could work on the welcoming/friendly factor a bit!. Kids loved the space for bike riding, warm pool, kiddie play park and animals (lots of kitties, monkeys, birds and buck). Restaurant/bar good value for money. Its winter time now so quiet but i am sure it is pumping in the summer.

Before entering the premises you go through such a lot of schlep (filling in paper work for each person in the car) it feels like you doing a job or that you are just a nuisance they have to put up with.

It's there service, in trying to get hold of them, we have been trying for two days now to get hold them to coming and have a weekend away, and there is never an answer, we have also been sending emails to them. They don't answer that also, is there no one working there to help with bookings. If it's bad to just get a booking what is it going to be like if staying there, Don't they want business

The accommodation was neat and clean and reception staff very friendly. We were extremely disappointed that the super-tube didn't work (it was one of the reasons we chose this resort), and we weren't told beforehand.

But the BIG SPOILER of our entire weekend happened right at the end, after I've left my cellphone with charger in the chalet. We went back an hour later, only to find that it "disappeared".

The irony is that you have to complete an entire checklist before you enter and when you leave to make sure that you don't steal or break anything (including the soap holder in the shower and the two towel railings in the bathroom!). I was treated like a possible criminal, and yet i was the victim in the end.
