Every time we phone we get put on hold and nobody comes to answer the phone extremely rude!

They are rude and unprofessional. Don't have any phone ethics at all. They slam the phone down in your year while you asking for information. If you don't want to give information out you don't need to be rude. Just do it on a professional manner.
