They charged me +-R470 for a full tank of petrol I did not use. Customer service ignore me and have no desire to rectify the issue. In my oppinion this is theft. I'll never use avis again.

Would not recommend them to anyone they we are still waiting for our deposit of R2500 after 3 months to be paid back into our account heard nothing from them! This is so unacceptable!

Small but effective. Professional. But not a large variety of vehicles. Very close to the airport entrance.

We rented a vehicle on 25 April 2017 and a deposit of R2000 was paid via bank card. We returned said vehicle early on 29 April in the morning. We covered a distance of 500km's over the three(3) days. On 6 May 2017 an amount of R1298 was debited from our account, assumingly for the rental period and fuel consumed. We were promised that the deposit would be paid back in thirty(30) days time..as of yet we have not received our deposit or have heard anything from them. The vehicle was handed back in exactly the same condition we received it in.

We booked a car, they were unable to give us the car yet they still took money off the credit card last week Thursday without our permission and have not returned our money. This is theft.
