Da reception is good, the Lady there is so friendly and willing to help. If only da heating system can be installed, hei dat place is so cold, da water is not hot but only warm.otherwise the place is not dat bad

Most horrible place and service i've ever received in my entire life! Dirty disguting place, inside and outside! The pictures posted on the internet are misleading! The chalets are extremely cold, no heaters no electric blankets! Bath towels are so old and rough! As for the sheets! Iyooo! The furnisher! My goodness! The owner is so rude,unproffesional, untidy herself, most horrible unapologetic bussiness owner! I dont think that lady has ever heard of the word customer service before! No security for cars!
