Nice stop over. Rooms need some maintenance though. Stayed in room 1. Cold tap in bathroom not working. Duvet very thin.Bedside bulbs fused. Should provide some bottled water in rooms. Internet useless. No signal either in restaurant or rooms. Restaurant food, despite taking incredibly long, was worth the wait.

A late call to Tapologo after crossing from Botswana for a possible overnight stay was warmly received and we were welcomed to a clean spacious modern room with all that we needed in spite of not having booked.

The on site restaurant made dinner an easy option and Rebecca, our waitress, was superb. We felt well taken care of.

Rates for bed and breakfast were reasonable and our omelette was delicious.

An easy refreshing overnight stop - many thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the food was great and the atmosphere is very inviting, the whole rustic look and feel is very comforting with friendly staff and very clean rooms and ablutions. If we are ever passing through Zeerust again I will plan a stop over here with out a doubt.

If you are looking for beautiful scenery, a comfortable bed, BAD service and POOR food you are at the right place!!

So sad to see that such a beautifull place is run by such incompetant people.

To break it down:
Room is spacious, clean but only has star tv, so bring a book
Restaurant is badly managed!! Food is sub standard quality, service is non existing and managers attidude towards the problem is shocking. I waited 50 mins for half a basket which had 2x dry steak strip, 2x 90shore rubber fish strip, 4x baby chic wings and half a cheese sausage. There was no ribs on the night I heard the next morning. I then waited another 25 mins after asking for the bill after which I just left all of this while the manager is sitting at the table next to me having a fat chat with a local.

This morning at breakfast I was greeted with a "why didn't you pay your bill? " to which I replied with my concerns and disgust. I only got a "o okey" and the owners business card. 👎
