  We had a function on 2nd December 2017. We booked our stuff on 18/10/2017 and paid the 50% deposit on 23/10/2017. Chris told me that the tables, chairs, crockery, tent, ect will all be delivered on 30/11/2017 due to the high volume of functions. The rest of the money had to be paid before the function which we did. A total of R6148. 30 November we where told that the tent had been booked for another function. I hired another tent from somewhere else and demanded my money back which they gave me back when they came to collect their stuff on 04/12/2017. Ever since I am struggling to get my deposit of R500 back from Sean. He keeps on making promises and put the phone down when you call him. When I spoke to Sean on 18/12/2017, he told me he hasn't got time for my sh*&* as he is on holiday and put the phone down. I will NEVER but NEVER recommend them to anybody to deal with unless you don't mind donating your deposit to ABC Function Hire that Sean can take a holiday..

  I'm sure there is change of management I have never saw such rudeness and they don't mind telling you they don't care if you giving them business or not and after that they drop the call on your ears

  Great service from Thabang, he gave us the attention we deserve and best of all we found everything we needed for our function and at fabulously cheap rates. Great job guys

  crappy service!!!!! i actually had a back up plan in case they didn''t deliver. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned from 2 months ago. Sean, the guy in charge keeps avoiding my calls and/or reading my messages but not responding. Bottom line. IF YOU WOULD LIKE PEACE OF MIND, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

  Still waiting for my clients deposit to be returned from 2 months ago. Managers and staff don't return calls and don't deliver on promises.
