Worst service ever. We're not the first time this has happened. But it will be the last. I would rather travel all the way to Habby and Lace and go enjoy my shopping. Why am I being ignored by your staff? Waited in line at the cutting tables, the guy that cuts looks me straight in the eye and help a customer that came after me. Same problem with the lady at the upstairs till. Will wait for her while she chats away with everybody around. Like I said it happened previously as well. Even when your shop is quiet. Talked to some friends about my experience. Guess what? Same problem with your staff.

I got the material I needed. But they have no patterns and their service is bad. I had to carry the roll of material to the counter and guess how much I would need because there are no patterns. But if you need curtains and bedding, its a great place to shop.

Make sure you have a couple of hours to spend in this store. They have good quality products at really low prices. Towels that last and last. Have a few sets of curtains no longer in use but after 10 - 15 years since purchasing and using them, they're in brand new condition still. Regular customer.

Got what I needed but was disappointed that you do stock ready made curtains longer than 218cm drop. However I got help buying material from a young man called Sivu and was very happy with his assistance. I spent over R6000 and will be back.

I absolutely LOVE Edura. They have a great selection. If you want to go through when they have their big sale then I would recommend going early in the morning so that you get to pick and choose. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Cecelia Kirchner. Can I maybe ask for a range of cotton lace especially the broad type. You seem to be out of stock. Last time I shopped there is bought a roll. The breadth was about 20 mm. Stunning. And the the smaller ones In cotton. Not the stretch ones
