  Same owner as Fansipan Terrace and Cafe , Good view but the bathrooms weren't upto the mark. Good hospitality though and good service. Wouldn't recommend this as there are better places to stay at for the same price.

  This is a great budget hotel option in Sapa. The rooms are nicely sized and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve found after two weeks in Vietnam. The bathrooms have separate shower stalls - a lovely alternative to the typical shower bathroom. I was on the 4th floor and enjoyed the great balcony and views. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Would recommend.

  This place has the most comfortable beds we've tried so far in Vietnam. We've staying in some out if the way places though so that might not be saying much.

  Friendly staff. Nice, big rooms. A little more attention could be paid when cleaning the bathrooms. Spectacular views. Decent food.

  The female owner of this hotel was very rude on numerous occasions, she was also very offensive to my country and culture. Very arrogant woman that cares only about money. Would not recommend at all.

  We had booked in for the weekend and we got thrown out on the second night as the Hotel had double booked us. As it was the over the New Year they could not find us an alternative unless we paid significantly more money. We ended up walking the whole of SaPa looking for another place. Terrible experience.

  It's OK only. Breakfast is ok, only allow 1 order...
  
  There's no one to help bring luggage up the many steps when u r on 3 floor...room smell cus I don't think they airout the room so it smell like mildew....but closing the bathroom door n open the door n window it got better. I would not return.

  Good location, supposedly good views (we were not able to see anything because of the weather). Nice interior. Electric blanket was a nice touch, saved our day (and night). Please check the Hill Station restaurant nearby - it's worth it :)
  
  Power was switching off and on all the time. But this was not their fault - looks like it is customary in the whole city. Also be aware of the weather - there is no guarantee that you'll get the best views, it was cloudy during all our stay, and when it is cloudy you can see literally nothing except the white mist (see photo)

  Very nice staffs but while we're staying two days electricity went out for both days on this block but no one looked surprised or upset except the tourists. Be prepared of yourself too.

  Reaaally nice staff! Place was clean, however very cold and humid, so I recommend having a tea in the evening ;) definitely check the terrace upstairs, best views ever in a sunny day!

  A cozy hotel to be in. The staff are nice and welcoming. The rooms are decent and have AC available. It's located close to the center.
