By far the best car buying experience we've ever had! Craig was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and answered our questions and went the extra mile by staying late on a Saturday. Josh did a great job with the "business" end of things, again patiently answering our many questions, and was also extremely knowledgeable about our many options. They both seem to be dedicated employees who take great pride in what they do, and striving for excellence in doing it. I would, and will, return to do business here again for our next vehicle purchase.

Great place with nice people. Cory Bellot was very helpful and everything I asked him he got back to me right away with answers. I’m very happy with my 2015 Ford F-150. Will be coming back for my next purchase

The sales team at Heller Ford were great! They were attentive and not over bearing. Mike Bigger in particular helped answer all questions I had in a timely manner even when I felt I was over doing it. I came from Dayton, Ohio to make my purchase. They were patient with me and my schedule of getting there. Even offering the accommodation of picking me up if I flew in.
Josh Deschaine in financing was able to beat the interest rate that my own bank offered me. And was also able to fully explain the details of my agreement and warranty.

My wife and I recently took out two personal vehicles here to trade in towards a Ford truck. Our salesman was Pete Oldham. He was very easy to work with before and after the sale. We bought a 2016 F150 and we love it. Pete reached out after the sale to make sure we were happy and helped set up repair on a minor dent on the truck after it was purchased. My wife and I went to multiple dealerships and were not pleased with customer care. Heller Ford goes the extra mile to make the sale and have great customer service. They will our business for many years with that kind of care.

The sale’s team at Heller Ford is great to work with. This is the second vehicle we bought from Mike Gannon, Mike really knows his stuff and was very helpful with helping us make the right decision for our situation. We will be back in the future to get the expert service that we got from Mike and Kris along with the Heller Team.

I'm so happy that I chose Heller for my first ever vehicle purchase! Cory is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable and not pressured. He went above and beyond for me to make sure that I would find what I really wanted. The Heller Ford team is top notch and makes sure you have all of the information you need and then some! Highly recommend doing business with them.

Heller Ford is professional, welcoming, and THE BEST place to buy a car. I have worked with dealer, Craig Roberts twice now and received nothing but the best. He treated me like family and was genuine in his recommendations. I will definitely be returning to Heller in the future.

A respectable dealership! Ross sold us a truck for an awesome deal good service to boot. Came in late and the great sales AND financial team worked past 10pm! Not something you see every day. Much appreciated guys! Good job

Will definitely come back. Great customer service on top of probably the best selection of vehicles I have seen. Also the buying process was quick.

We recently purchased our second car from Heller Ford. My husband worked with Jimmie on a previous vehicle purchase and had a good experience so we went back to him for my new car. Jimmie was easy to work with and very patient as I considered the various vehicles on the lot, trying to figure out what was the best fit for me. In the end, I got the perfect car for me and am very happy. Heller is great to work with and definitely has the best pricing in the area.

My experience at Heller Ford was good. The young salesman that helped with my purchase (Cliff Sage) was outstanding. I purchased Crown Victorias there many years ago,and a Ford Edge 3 years ago,for my wife. These people really want to sell cars.

Probably the best experience I've had for buying a car. Noah and Jose were great to work with never felt like they were giving me a line. I feel that I got a good deal on my trade when compared with the asking price of the car I was buying. Highly recommend Heller!

Rich Tom sold me my 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium edition. He was nothing less than amazing -as well as the dealership and their excellent prices! Rich communicated with me throughout my whole purchasing experience (and prior to). He was very thorough and spot on with all of his information regarding the stats on the vehicle and helping me figure out a payment plan. He made my dream car affordable for my budget, which I never thought would happen! He talked me through everything and educated me on my Fusion's technology and gadgets. He never rushed me or pushed me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. Can you say the same thing about the salesman that sold you your last car? I most certainly can't!
