  I've been using doTERRA since 2012 and their customer service at the product pick up has never been very good. The reps are disinterested at best. Almost every time I come in there is no line and the reps are just absorbed in their computer screens and don't notice or call me over as I'm waiting in line. I have to go up to them and just start telling them what I need. No one greets you. Kids play place looks like it's never cleaned or rarely is. The staff that fulfills orders are even more disinterested than the service reps. In my most recent trip, the girl called my name, never looked at me, said, "here" than looked down and started writing something. I said, "Thanks," to which she responded, "yep." doTEREA may consider reworking how and who is doing customer service training.

  Always so kind at the will call center so helpful. There can be long lines but they are fast and they have a comfortable seating area. Very nice people!

  doTERRA is an outstanding company to work for. As an employee I've found the owners to be people of integrity with a passion for providing the purest and highest quality essential oils on the market.
  
  In my experience as an employee and as a consumer, I've found my orders have been processed with ease by people happy to help. I'm still learning about how to use some of the oils, but there are a number of oils and products I've found to be very effective and tremendously beneficial to me and my family.
  
  I can't say enough good about doTERRA as a company and about the way the company is managed. It's a company with a mission I'm proud to be a part of.
