I love going here in general, but went lately for my bachelorette and one of the women working was FANTASTIC and popped open some prosecco for us, was so helpful and welcoming, and really turned our shopping experience into an event. Loved her. Unfortunately the other woman working was fatphobic and kind of rude, she luckily didn't say anything directly to me, but had the nerve to make a comment to someone in my bridal party. Still gave five stars because I know that woman doesn't follow the store's usually very inclusive atmosphere.

If you're over a C then you deserve to spend what a good bra costs. The only regret you'll have after buying a properly fitted and comfortable bra is that it's hard to justify the cost of more than one but truly wish to own 10

Update--not as happy as I was! They told me about 2 weeks to recieve my order. I called last weekend they estimated mid week arrival, but I never heard from them. Called today and now they tell me its shipping from Europe takes more like 3 to 4 weeks and will be at least another week! wtf is going on here, now im super irritated and tired of waiting! I was looking for something to take home that day and she knew it! they let me leave thinking I would have it in at least 2 weeks, clearly she knew this was not the case since they all come from the UK! After spending over an hour at Lane Bryant trying on probably 50 different options, because you know buy one get one free is a great deal. However, what good does one free do when you can't even find one that fits! I went to this store defeated, frustrated, and willing to pay anything at this point. It was so much easier and quicker than I ever could have expected! I literally bought the second bra the amazingly nice woman brought to me. I didn't have to fumble through racks to find my size and wonder what the different styles ment. I waited in this cute little room while she brought me one option at a time so we could see what worked and what didn't. I tried on a few more because I couldn't believe I was going to buy the second one I tried on, but I did. I don't even care that they didn't have it in stock it'll take us ten days or so to get it bc it's still sooo worth it. It was only $50 tax and all, what! So mad I didn't come here years ago! Dont waste your time, go straight there

They literally have you try every piece before you buy it. They worked with me during my gastric bypass weight loss journey to have sizes each time I had to scale down (8 new sizes!), and again now that I'm pregnant. I don't spend gobs there - though they don't sell cheap lingere- but they still treat me like gold. I have learned so much and they always help me walk away feeling beautiful.
