I planned on spending money in your store located in the King of Prussia Mall . Unfortunately, I couldn't make a purchase due to the lack of Customer service . Yesterday , March 4th, 2017 around 7:30 pm , I walked into the Bebe store at your King of Prussia location . Shopping at Bebe stores for years now I've always recieved the best customer service , Employees always greeted me when I entered the store , asked if I needed help , and even assisted me with putting together outfits . When I entered the store two employees looked at me without any greeting . They turned their heads and went about their business not even attending to other customers . As I walked around the store looking for a specific outfit for the night , your employees continued to glance at me still without saying a word . I finally found the jumpsuit I wanted for the night but my size wasn't available . I went ahead to ask one of the employees if their were any other jumpsuits available in my size similar to the one I wanted . Without a smile or pleasant face , she shrugged her shoulders and said She didn't know . I continued to ask her more questions maybe hoping she can point me in the right direction to find a outfit for the night . She continued her service with a very unpleasant attitude as if I were bothering her . I told her I would be going out and she said she didn't know if she could help me because she doesn't go out . At one point of the conversation she said she didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about a outfit that I could possibly put together . I got the feeling that she didn't care for my needs and I ended up leaving the store . Shocked and disappointed I was pondering for the next couple hours to whether or not I would leave this review . I still couldn't get the experience off my mind which is why I'm writing to you today . I hope to never experience this feeling again shopping at your stores .

I spent 600 dollars at this store, and the staff was very disorganized and there was no customer service. Not a good experience.
