I have taking my A6 to Audi Conshohcken twice now. Both times have been such a great experience. Everyone is so willing to help and make sure the work is completed correctly the first time. Most recently they were even able to work around my vacation schedule and the holiday, keep up the good work everyone! I recommend Audi Conshohcken to everyone!

Terrible service experiences (twice). They are only interested in getting you in and out with the greatest cost. Simple repairs marked up for everything (oil change $250, alternator $1200, o2 sensors $1100). Over double the cost at reputable euro car shops down the street. People you deal with don't know cars either - they are just salesmen. Even other Audi service departments in the region are much more reasonable.
