I worked with Mark Ryan. He really made me feel like his priority the whole time and gave consistent updates. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond. He took the time to explain the law and why we were taking a course over the other. There were time I was surprised with the amount of help he was willing to offer. He kept assuring me it was his job to help, even when it seemed to be out of a lawyers duties. Example: he called the bank and insurance for me. It seemed like his goal was to do everything in his power to make this experience as stress free as possible. I could also tell he was very knowledgeable and I was lucky to have him. Anyone can know the law, but mark really understood how to use it to help me. I couldn’t be happier having someone who made you feel taken care of during a stressful time.

We completed a huge project for a customer of ours. There was a contract for the work we performed and when it came down to the final retainage payment, the customer kept dragging their feet. After months of non-payment, we reached out to Mark to start out with a demand letter. 2 weeks later, we have our full retainage payment. Mark was great to work with, no BS kind of guy which I loved and was detailed in everything. I would recommend him to anyone.
