  I have to start off by saying that The Jos Law Firm handled my situation exceptionally well in helping get my kids back into my life. They went above and beyond with immediate
  assistance in handling my questions and concerns pertaining my case. There aren't enough words that I can say in how great Binoye Jos was in handling my situation. He is honest and straight to the point in getting a case handled and does all that he can for his clients.   Our experience with The Jos Family Law staff has been nothing but impressive for start to finish. My fiancé was part of a child custody hearing for his kids with his former partner and we were prepared for not so great news but things went our way and we are exceptionally pleased with the outcome that out attorney Binoye Jos was able to get for us. They have been great in communicating all aspects of the case from the very beginning. They were always so informative in what was going on and when we needed the counseling they were always available for us. This is our first case with them and we are exceptionally happy with the outcome. A sincere thank you for helping bring my family together.

  I don’t know what happens to people when they decide it’s over. My ex-wife first surprised me with a divorce notice, and then I found out that she hired a prestigious, expensive international law firm to represent her. I thought these guys were for high profile movie star cases? I guess her first tactic was to instil fear in me. Fortunately for me, I found Jos Family Law. Binoye against Goliath? Maybe. After first meeting with Binoye, I knew he was the right choice. He is personable, smart, strategic. He handled my case himself, personally. Since we had great documentation of the truth, instilling fear and other aggressive tactics didn’t work. In the end, my wife’s choice of an expensive, international firm, and my choice of a personal, smart, strategic lawyer in a small firm was my salvation. The international law firm knew they painted themselves in a corner and were not getting a better deal in court. Binoye closed the deal rapidly, avoiding court completely. I consider Binoye the best possible divorce lawyer, at any price. Further, his team at Jos Family Law are just as personal, professional, and smart as he is. I strongly recommend Jos Family Law for any case, maybe in particularly difficult cases where strategic thinking is needed, or when you need a David to go against a Goliath.

  Nothing is worse than dealing with a crazy wife who ran off out of state during the peak of the pandemic in 2020. Things could have potentially been so much worse if I hadn't found Mr. Jos and his team. They held themselves to the utmost professionalism, communicated extremely well every step of the way, gave me the guidance that I needed, and even waived a small amount of fees that exceeded the initial retainer cost. I want to thank Mr. Jos and his team for their hard work in everything that they do, and for showing my ex wife and her lawyer that honesty, integrity and competent due diligence will always overcome lies, selfishness and evil. I pray that my life will never again necessitate the need for a family lawyer, but if I ever cross that bridge again, I know exactly who to seek for help. God bless you all!

  I had meeting with Mr. Jos for legal consultatio
  He had very unprofessional & rude attitude with a very thick indian accent which was hard to understand.
  He asked me to stay outside his room,so he can talk with his client. Over 20 minutes.!
  My impression that he only works as para leagall and nothing more. If you expecting your lawyer to fight for you. He is the worst person to work with.
  
  My generous Rating for him is 1. Out of 10.👎👎👎👎👎👎
  
  He even had no courtesy to return my phone calls regarding status of my file.
