Terrible experience. When asked what are conditions of van they said their service techs looked it over and all it needed was struts in front.
Found out it needs front and rear suspension, power steering pump, RACK AND PINION, and MOUSE LIVING IN UNDER HOOD, are you kidding me. And no help. Terrible place and service. Will never shop from them again.they knew what they were selling and pulled a fast one.
And will it return phone calls. Shady dealer.

JR was my salesman and Scott B helped out with financing they are the BEST!!! Although God gets all the praise for my new car, JR and Scott should get a huge raise, bonus or both! My wife and I bought our jeep cherokee there in July and I can honestly say that we are beyond pleased with our total experience here! Matt Patterson, the sales manager was so up front and worked to get us the best deal! I will never go to another car lot again!! Highly reccommend if you want a better car buying experience.

The sales process was fine - a typical car dealership. But the service department is a downright joke. They charge $80 for a synthetic oil change and it takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours to get it done. I do not recommend their service department at all.

Absolutely horrible. Was lowballed on both my cars for trade in. Then told I wasn't going to get the vehicles I wanted (challenger) and (ram 1500). Was asked to give them another chance so I did and was done wrong again. Went to wyler in Lawrenceburg got both vehicles I wanted . I feel pitty for anyone who purchased anything from Marshall because if they were treated like me they were definitely ripped off.

I heard about a '70 Challenger T/A that the dealership got in trade for a new Charger. I took pictures of it because I knew that it wouldn't be at the dealership for a long period of time. the previous owner ALWAYS kept her garaged. I am extremely satisfied with sales department. I was working with the sales manager Matt and he could not have been any more helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy with my vehicle purchase. There were a few "hiccups" when purchasing my vehicle and the sales staff took care of everything for me. They made my car purchase very simple and the finance department did everything they could to get me the best interest rate and still have a good monthly payment.

Most professional experience I have had with a auto dealer in years! I called and asked about the Dodge Promaster City. The manager answered and suggested he will have Sonny contact me. He called back, HE did something no one else did while we searched for a mini work van, HE Listened and suggested a specific van they had. He offered to bring it by our shop, Hedgehog Signs in Newport, I declined. He stopped by a couple of days later, which is way up and beyond. We we out today and bought that van, a great ride, very perky. I will go back for my next one and strongly recommend asking for Sonny!
