Reserved Chef's table for a special birthday celebration, our son flying in from Florida to attend. Zazio's called, was very rude and cancelled because they had a larger party reserve afterwards and they needed our seats. Wow! You couldn't make me eat there!
Excellent experience. Me and my wife came for our anniversary and wow! The server was great, she knew a lot about the menu, answered all of our questions. My wife loved the Michigan margarita and the tiramisu. Will be back and would highly recommend.
Finally had the chance tof have dinner with a friend. She has taught numerous cooking classes - we were both extremely impressed. Chef Andrew Carpenter came to our table to answer questions, share some techniques, and ingredients. Excellent night and we're definitely coming back soon.
Nice place, great staff, good food.
Zazios is an expensive restaurant with small portion sizes and decent service, it wasn't anything spectacular at all. I had their Chicken Alfredo ($16) and my girlfriend had their rigatoni ($18) which, if you open your palm, is about the amount of food they will give you. Ironically, it was still difficult for me to eat because it literally tasted like the same chicken alfredo from a frozen stouffers.
You'll be leaving Zazios hungry.
The service was mediocre. Nothing special, she was attentive as a server should be and took our orders, brought us bread, and gave us our food, and when we left the server and hostess told us to have a good night. Nothing notable about the service.
The food is not worth the price by any means (around $20-25 a plate) and you'd really be better off in Meijer's freezer isle.
Tonight was the first time we have dined here. It was truly awesome! The food was amazing and the waitress was very sweet. I spilled sauce on the front of my new blouse and she offered me a stain remover pen! We will be back!
We have had the chef's table and normal dining, both dinners were very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
Wow wow wow most amazing food by Joe Pearson. Cooked in front of us. He was entertaining friendly and shared how he made it. Didn't get upset about substitutions and even when there was a substitute it was still amazing. Great food great service and would recommend again.
My dining partner's food was fine and the bread was good. Service was great. Definitely a train wreck as far as my food went. My sirloin steak was inedible and for $30 I thought it was disgusting for the price. I then ordered a strip and it tasted like bland hamburger meat. A table next to ours also sent their steal back. Keurig coffee is better than what I was served and even the cheese cake they gave me for free wasn't very good.
