Jon and his crew are the best. They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer.Its no better than this business, anyplace or anywhere this is what small business is all about and needs to be. If you desire a role model, I suggest this business.

Local establishment, always helpful and knowledgeable. Never trying to oversell or suggest non essential fixes or goods. Never a hesitation to take my vehicle to them for service and tires. I couldn't recommend them more.

First off, I cannot stress enough how good of a job that the folks at Z tire do from customer service to actually doing the work in addition to going the extra mile to assist a customer.
I discovered myself that I needed a new tire on my back driver side but was trying to find a used tire until I can afford to get four new tires later on this year. Chris searched high and low and called 5 to 6 other tire shops to find a used tire considering they didn't have my particular size lying around at their shop.
Because she did that I ended up just ordering two new tires to get put on and she would definitely work with me to keep me within my budget considering the holidays put a dent on my pocket. I have a father-in-law that takes both his and his wife's car to them and has nothing but great luck with them . Because they are so busy with cars being pulled into their lot I had to schedule my appointment a week and a half out.
The reason I bring this up is because they do their very best to get the work done needed in a very reasonable amount of time and many others must trust them considering the work they had lined up . I say that to say this, I also needed a water pump to be replaced on my car that had kicked the bucket after making my appointment to put new tires on my car . With a little flexibility on my part to letting them keep my car an extra day they were able to squeeze in that extra repair and fix my car up right in addition to that not being overcharged.
They are very trustworthy people and they have great customer service and they get the work done in a very timely manner and you don't feel like you walk away being robbed. Because of the great and outstanding service provided my wife and I will constantly be bringing our vehicles back to them because it's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that will tell you the truth and what actually is wrong with the car rather than fabricating lies about what isn't wrong just to make an extra buck .
Thank you to Chris for going the extra mile and working with me and my wife to keeping our repairs within budget thank you Gary for providing outstanding service for us and squeezing in that extra water pump repair.
From tires to major repairs you cannot go wrong was he tired because of the folks who run it. Thanks guys !!!!!!response / report this review -

We service all our work and personal vehicles here a couple years now. They have always been great to work with, great service and fair price. Busy shop, don't expect to just pop in like buying fries at McDonald's-but they will treat you right and they really know their stuff.
