Andy did an awesome job! Didn't talk much (which I like, I'm not much for small talk). He did everything I asked, got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and snowflake design.

Very expensive.. but I still keep coming back, so it's obviously worth it. Very friendly, and I love the music they play. Clean and not cluttered. I've only been to Kevin, who is Amazing! But today I have no choice but to try a new person, which makes me nervous we'll see. Overall, I've LOVED my nails everything I leave.

I'm an avid salon goer and since I started college up in Muskegon I wanted to find a salon closer that my normal salon. I did my research and looked through many salons and reviews before settling on Queen Nails because it not only had the highest rating but also had some pictures that looked really good and many happy customers. I have acrylic nails and simply needed them filled. I made an appointment and went later after class. I was greeted when I came in and told them I had an appointment for a fill and they told me to go ahead and pick out a color so I did. After picking my color I went to the designated station for my nails to be filled. He began prepping my nails and filing with his drill but through each step never switched his bit which when I go to my normal salon my nail tech uses three or four different bits. He didn't do anything like my normal nail tech however I was giving him the benefit of the doubt because they're two different people so things will be different. The whole time he just seemed distracted and like he had other things to do. He never put down a primer and never did a base coat. After I was done with my service I paid and I left. A couple days after I noticed that my cuticles were itchy. I thought this was weird because I've never had itchy cuticles in the past. I just thought to myself that maybe they itchy because they were dry. The filling started to break and I was left with not so pretty nails in less than a week. On top of this, I noticed that my itchy cuticles had begun to peel and rip. I got it checked out and I was diagnosed with allergic inflammatory dermatosis. I now have a cream that I'm supposed to use to help them heal as well as having to go and get my nails fixed again.

Nails looked good but service was not very good. The guy doing my nails left me in the middle because his co-worker was having a hard time understanding a customer. So then he made her switch with him. So now she came over to me and had to figure out where he left off. I thought they handled the situation very poorly.

I walked in without an appointment the staff was great. The woman to did my nails was very polite and actually talked to me. She did a great job on my nails. I am very satisfied and I think I found a new nail salon that I will go to again.

Staff are extremely nice very welcoming.. offer you a drink hold conversations does a great job.. I bring in pictures of the design is want and there not always easy and they get it done.. I love how there open Sundays with my and probably many others they don't know how much I appreciate them Sunday hours..

The worst nail service I have EVER received in my life!!! I spent $65 on the worst pedicure and full set I have ever gotten. I left the nail salon with my big toe bleeding and nail beds sore in general that day and for the following next three days. I don't remember the name of the nail tech but he was so rough my experience was anything but relaxing. For my full set you can see where some of the nails he put on do not fit my finger shape and when he filed them they took the appearence of pointing upwards. When he put the clear coat on them it bubbled all up and dried that way. They look so terrible!! Please don't waste your money here!!! I will NEVER go back!!!

So I went here today (7/29) and they weren't really all that busy. My mom and I waited a few minutes to be serviced (not a problem) and I got seated first at a pedicure station. Other women walked in without appointments and we're seated before my mother. My nail tech was very soft spoken and didn't seem to understand anything that I was saying. I asked for glitter on my toes and she never did that. Once we moved to the manicure table and I showered her what I wanted, she looked at me blankly and didn't say anything. She then spoke to the other technician in their foreign language for several minutes, they stopped talking and she sat there for five minutes without speaking to me. The male technician then asked if we could do something different because they "didn't have the tool" to do an ombre. So I picked a new theme and wanted a glitter accent nail which she almost didn't give me. She left my nails rough and uneven, and when I scuffed my toe nail on my way out, I refused to go back in to have them fix it because of how slow they were working. Needless to say I am not impressed and I will never go back.
