  The tenant left right before our inspection time. Everyone communicated with each other, Your Time team waited for my tenant to show up after the appointment time and we were able to get everything taken care of. I’m super grateful, and thankful. The results from the inspection were sent to me before I even got home. Your time team is awesome and I highly recommend them.

  Above & beyond service from everyone at this company. I researched home inspectors because I wanted to get the most out of the few hundred bucks this inspection costs and found excellent reviews. Rebekah (from scheduling) excels at customer service she ensured we were taken care of, Ruben (inspector) was detailed and has lots of patience with my questions he is awesome! Thank you!!

  We were under the gun to get a pre-pour inspection. I was referred to Your Time by our realtor. I called them and they were able to get out to the site the next day. I have never been through this before but WOW, are they thorough! I never would have imagined all of the criteria that James, our inspector would be looking for. Rebekah was beyond helpful (and patient) as I again have no experience in this area. She explained everything I needed to know. I had repairs rectified by the builder and they were able to get out the next morning first thing in order to keep the project rolling. Very attentive and professional.

  We have a new home build and decided to get an inspection due to our 1 yr warranty coming to an end soon. Our inspectors Ruben Flores and Robbie Spencer were great! They gave us a great breakdown of the items we needed to get fixed. I appreciated them being detailed in their report and patient with our questions. Customer service to schedule an inspection as well as answering questions for pricing were great. We were going to use Fidelity at first since we used them the last time, but it took 4 calls and three messages for them to finally get back to me. Your Time Inspections was very easy to work with. Happy with the service.

  Every step of the process is Always extremely professional, yet friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience and don’t ever foresee one. I trust that my clients are in great hands when using Your Time Home Inspection, they never let me down!!!
