No sample cups. Give me a break. How can I make a decision on with flavor I want. Decided not to support the business.

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here because of the flavors they offer and the great toppings however, the customer service is not so good. The first few times we came the employees approached to us as soon as they see us and offered us to try some sample flavors. Today, I saw them notice us and did not bother to ask if we needed help. When we finally decided to ask if we could get some sample cups, it felt like we were disturbing them. I don’t expect/want anyone to go above and beyond for us, but at least a simple smile or a “thank you” would make the experience better.

Buyer beware I was with my disabled client when she wanted some icecream Went over and saw all the grear flavors.. when she ask for a sample cup she was refused and told just to buy, that they all tasted the same.. when she pored some in a cup it was watery.. guess on 45¢ an oz this makes it more profitable.. you can obvious see this is self owned by the very rude hindu lady We go to munchies and other Weighted yougart places all the time and I can say this is the worse.. I would keep my distance from a place like this!!
