I asked the cashier was it $8.99 and she said yes. But the receipt came out it was $9.99. I talked to a staff and showed her the price sign and the receipt. She told me it was $8.99 but she asked me to wait in line again and she left! A long line! I didn’t enjoy the shopping experience! They made the mistake and I had to waste time waiting in line for their fault.

I love checking out all the merchandise in here, there's a lot of different good stuff to look at. Downside is it gets so pricey, and sometimes the place is so packed with people. It makes it difficult to browse or navigate. It's still definitely worth checking out if someone's in Disney Springs for the day.

This place was great to me! I was searching for this holiday edition spirit jersey shirt. It was red with a knit looking pattern on the bottom of Minnie and Mickey kissing and Cinderella's Castle. I loved it so much! The store only had two left and they were both XL. I asked a worker if there were any either in the back or at another store. He said there were none in the back since it was a holiday edition and they weren't getting more, but didn't stop trying to find another place where I could find it. I swear the amount of caring they put into their customer service at this store is amazing :) after about 15 minutes of searching and searching he finally found it for me at another store and I went to pick it up! Such nice people who are determined to help guests :) ❤

Busy busy busy. Thanksgiving week is just a busy time. Even with the chaos the store was organized and clean. Check out moved quickly and the staff was friendly.
I would not recommend this week to shop but then again what do you expect in the holiday season.response / report this review -

The biggest Disney store in the world! Love the various departments for housewares, pins, and I think we spent about an hour in the tech section with phone and tablet cases!

My husband and I were shopping at the Disney store last week when my husband had a little health scare. I was so impressed and grateful to the manager and staff for the way they handled this situation. They were so efficient and considerate. Thankfully it all turned out fine . We sincerely would like say Thank You !!

You can almost always find anything and everything in WDW in this store. One thing to know is that they no longer carry stuff for Disney Junior which is surprising.

One stop shop for all things Disney.
If there is something that you wanted in a park but didn't want to carry it around, they will most likely have it here. Employees are always around, reshelving or stocking items, and they can help you with any of your needs.response / report this review -

Realization of a dream for anyone who loves the Disney world. The price, however, for Brazilians, is relatively prohibitive. One should plan this type of vacation well, because the costs are high. If you take children, I advise you to be after the age of 10, in order to enjoy the whole park (there are restrictions of age and height in some attractions). Other than that, it's a fantastic place.

While this store does have a lot of choices in merchandise, they do not have a lot of sizes-they were out of at least 3 different tops in my size (not specialty sizes). Then I attempted to purchase jewelry at the jewelry counter and there is no system for waiting in line so while I waited for over 45 minutes, other customers walked right up and were waited on ahead of me. Thanks but I will spend my money elsewhere. By the way, Mouse Gear at Epcot has more selection. There staff is nicer.

This is the best center to purchase any Disney merchandise for all ages! The Disney music surrounding this store is amazing because you can hear anything from A Whole New World from Aladdin to Be our Guest from Beauty and the Beast. The best part is pin trading with all those who are Cast Members. I have gotten my best trades just at this store. I like to point out and recognize 3 of my favorite Cast members: Aimee, Sydney and their coordinator Melissa. They have gone out of their way to make my pin trading experience incredible! They are always smiling and so friendly. Kudos to all three of them!
