Seth and others at the store were extremely helpful with helping with my new Breitling watch. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back.

I visited the store in Naples this morning September 3 2017 to look at wedding bands because my ring was stolen when my house was broken into.
When I entered the store and asked about the 2 bands in the window the salesman said I had to go outside and show them to him. So I did. As we reentered the store I asked if he had more bands to show me he said yes But those people a (Caucasian Male and Female) are making a MAJOR PURCHASE so I could not go there because he did not want me to DISTURB them. My response was I would be looking with my Eyes not making Noise.
At that point my daughter got Offended with his Attitude towards us and walked out of the store. I continued to engage the Salesman after he kept showing me red gold instead of White Gold that I requested.
The situation became too annoying for me because he simply did not want to go where the 2 individuals were to show me the selection. I said since you are more concerned about your Huge Sale Please Don't Bother and left the store.
My conclusion was he either assumed I could NOT Afford his wedding bands or because I was NOT Caucasian. His LOSS Indeed we could more than afford to make the purchase.
I would NEVER Recommend YAMRON Jewelers.

Seth has been great while working with us, understanding we are not super wealthy and have a budget because we are planning our marriage overseas.

He has worked with us without any judgement, not sure about some of the other reviews, maybe if they didn't act like an A&&, you would have had better service?

Anyway, we will continue to do all of our business at Yangon Jewelers, and work with Seth and team there.

I bought a ring for my wife for 70,000. and the appraisal with 15 ovals diamonds …….the appraisal had no picture and they mailed me one to appear to be out of a catalogue .They then sent me another appraisal with 14 diamonds ,They value was 85,000. Being suspicious i had it revalued at a high end shop in Naples and they point out the flaw in the valuation .They were only 14 stones and the value was75,000.
i would never shop there .So far the owner is trying to justify his position.

If you are not dripping in diamonds, they do NOT care about your business. I needed to buy a Patek watch for my uncle, and I called a few times to ask questions about availability, warranty, types of payment, etc. It's a very expensive watch, and the store is 3 hours away, of course, I want to make sure I got the right information. They were very rushed and seemed reluctant to answer my questions. I called other stores in FL, and it would take a few months to get that particular watch. In order to please my uncle, I was stuck with them. With all the reluctance, we drove all the way to the store, and was only told they could not sell the watch after 6pm. Fine, it's their store policy, and we were going to stay in a hotel and go back to the store the next morning. It was only then was I told that they did not feel comfortable selling the watch to me, and I could only use at most 2 credit cards in the store. On top of that, they would need to make a copy of my driver's license. AND, the store manager asked me to call before going to the store so that they know what to do. Really? To buy a watch that they have in stock? After I was in the neighborhood? Or do they call to call the police? I feel myself belittled while trying to spend $$$. And I don't want to give my business to them at all. I was going to tell my uncle to wait for a couple of months so that we could get it from Mayors. Luckily, I called another authorized retail store in Atlanta (Tiffany), and within 10 mins, the lady ordered the watch for me in the company, and shipped it to my place the next day. AND yes, I was able to use more than 2 credit cards in one transaction. By the way, what's wrong with using credit cards???? The service at Tiffany is WAY better, and I'm so glad I did not give my business to those snobbish people.
