Responded quickly to a water leak emergency quickly and staff had the knowledge to evaluate the extend of damage and provided a reasonable estimate. Great communication throughout the process.

Carlos was the X-Trac employee that answered my distress call for a leak from the ceiling of a bedroom in my home! He was very helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the problem and although the leak was not from the excellent work X-Trac performed on my roof they installed, Carlos gave me excellent information on what to do about the issue I'm having! I also want to thank Michael Scott and Frank Lara for their part in helping me!

I had a great experience with Xtrac Restoration. They were professional, kind, efficient and thorough. I was pleased with the price and the warranty on my roof repair. The quality of service was exceptional and I will return to Xtrac Restoration for future services.

I used Xtrac for mitigation services and rebuild following the freeze in February. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. Michael handled the insurance issues, Frank oversaw the operations, and Carlos was very responsive with his work crews. They did everything from repair walls and ceilings to installing hardwood floors, painting, carpeting, and a complete new shower. They worked patiently with me throughout the process and were very flexible in accommodating my work needs. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use Xtrac again in the future.

We had storm damage and had to have our roof replaced. Xtrac replaced our roof. The roof looks amazing, they were quick but efficient in replacing the roof. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed, and they truly take every step to insure customer satisfaction. The installers were really good. The owner Frank Lara was very responsive to any questions. Carols the foreman on the job was amazing, and kept us informed throughout the process. Catalina who works in the office was in ongoing contact with us via phone and text to make sure the job was progressing as scheduled. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
