BEWARE! We hired Chris Kudalis to re-roof our house in May, 2022. He took a month to finish 80% of an 1800 sqft house & garage and kept asking for more money every week. After we paid him in full, he took his tools and left us with an unfinished roof. Now he won’t answer calls or finish the job. We have been ripped off by this guy- I don’t know what to do now with an unfinished roof and no money left.
Update: had to pay another roofer $1500 to finish the job this scammer did- only to find out he did the whole job wrong and we will need to have someone rip the whole roof off and re-do it. Now I need to take this guy to small claims to get back what I can. What a nightmareresponse / report this review -

Chris and his team were professional from the start. We had Chris out to check out our roof after an inspection to look at it in more details. Chris was very thorough with us letting us know what signs to look out for in the future and what he noticed when he did his review.
We recently had Chris and his team out to do the repairs and they were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They provided me with pictures of before and after to see how it was improved upon. I would highly recommend Chris in the future.response / report this review -

Chris did a fantastic job of repairing my roof! I had many tiles that were cracked, slipped or fully broken. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a fair quote, and did the work later on in the afternoon, ahead of a rainstorm. Additionally, he warrantied my roof for 10 years! He is honest (and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need), his work is excellent, and he's a super nice guy as well. I'm so thankful we found him!

Chris responded the same day with a quote and was able to fix my roof the next day. Very professional and informative. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend. The true test comes next time it rains but I'm sure if there are any problems, Chris will stand behind his work.

Got our roof fixed on Wednesday (1-9-2019) that had been leaking during heavy rains where the roof meets the chimney. Chris gave a 5 year guarantee with the most reasonable price of all the 16 contractors that I contacted. They do great work.
