Working with Shawn at 316 Roofing definitely was a blessing. He lives his devotion to God and whatever he does he puts his whole heart and soul into it as he is working for God. Throughout the process he stayed in communication, he was easy to contact, and he was very helpful in explaining the process and helping with the Insurance company and the HOA every step of the way.
The installation went very smoothly. Everything happened when and how he had explained. The installation crew was very respectful and did an outstanding job with installing and cleaning up. I was expecting lots of noise. To my great surprise the whole day was peaceful, and the noise was quite low considering the job they were doing. Thank you so much for my beautiful new roof. It was a pleasure doing business with 316 Roofing.

After our home sustained hail damage we contacted 3:16 Roofing to do the repairs. I’m so grateful we found them.

We had the pleasure of working with Seth, and what can I say other than he’s a rockstar! He was honest, never trying to upsell something we didn’t need. He was prompt in working with insurance, responding to messages, and getting the work scheduled. He saw us through from start to finish.

The install went as well as one could expect, with use of high quality materials and crew. We were postponed due to poor weather, but promptly rescheduled for the following day. Our complicated roof was completed in one day, and looks great! Some minor damage to shrubs and lawn, but that’s to be expected to a degree. They do their best to minimize this with tarps, plywood, etc. Gutters were replaced a few days later, and also turned out great.

If you’re looking for a reputable roofing/construction company, these guys will take good care of you. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

I used 3:16 Roofing and Construction to replace and roof and gutters due to hail damage experienced in the spring. Seth was fantastic to work with. He was professional and accommodating. He was willing to work with our timeline to ensure a smooth installation.

The team was fast and completed their work in one day. The roof looks great, with attention to the details. It looks great and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Great experience working with this company. Great communication, A-1 customer service and Christian values. Awesome working with Shawn. I had a long, hard fight with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. Shawn was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Shout out to the crew. They completed the job quickly on a 100 degree day! They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here.

Fantastic experience with 3:16 Roofing and Construction, and a sincere personal “THANK YOU” to Shawn for making my roof and gutter replacement a pleasant experience. Shawn and the 3:16 administrative department did an exceptional job of communicating the status of my project, were knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive to all of my questions. A previous bad experience with a different roofing contractor company had me on edge at the beginning of the project, but Shawn renewed my faith in people by displaying integrity, empathy and professionalism throughout this project.
