Bad experience dealing with the staff. I bought an online gift certificate and there were issues with the recipient getting it. I contacted them and they refused to work with me or resend the certificate.
UPDATE: the staff at Xanadu contacted me to rectify the situation. I appreciate their willingness to fix the problem. Great customer service.

Highly disappointed with level of service!
Got a gift package for my wife. They weren't able to do a massage, facial and pedicure all at the same time due to staffing issues. Then when she showed up for her massage and facial they had lost your reservation. She sat in the lobby for 20 minutes while they figured out what to do. Then when she went back on a separate visit for her pedicure, the tech butchered her cuticles and didn't stop chatting with the previous client who lingered, in a cramped closet like space for the entire time.
Very disappointing, it was an anniversary gift :(

I feel like I won the lottery every time I go to Xanadu! I just had a massage ,with Lucy and my shoulder is so much better. Also had a facial with Rhonda that made me feel like a shiny new penny. I can't wait for my next appointment. Thanks to everyone at,Xanadu

The nail technicians at Xanadu Med Spa are great at what they do! They take the time to listen to your nail preferences and make sure that your nails look flawless before you leave. If you're looking for dependable nail technicians that actually care about the health of your nails and about the quality of work they dish out, come here! You won't regret it! ;) P.S my shellac manicure looked so cute!

I would not recommend this studio. I got a shellac manicure, and after it took an hour to do, one of my nail polish's popped off within 2 hours that day- leaving 9 beautiful nails and one bare one. Due to their limited hours and my busy schedule, I scheduled an appointment four days in advance to fix that nail, and they called to cancel that appointment an hour and half prior to my appointment that same day. I did not see that voicemail and drove 20 minutes each direction to be told no one could fix my one nail, and I would have to come back for another appointment. I will never go back there.

Just the best staff. Shannon and Mark are great. They won't oversell anything. Shannon's approach to everything is conservative so in my experience outcomes are great and subtle and comfortable. Will be back for any cosmetic need.

Had a groupon for a 90 minute mani/pedi. No issue with the service, Tammy was fantastic. Have a problem with the 20% gratuity being "forced" and part of the "fine print". The original value price was a bit inflated, I feel at $140.00. And being told at the end that "the $28.00 tip is how Tammy gets paid." Just felt yucky to me . I won't be back.

As the senior estimator for my company it is important I make an exponential first impression. My entire adolescent life I have battled acne. Rhonda, my bi-weekly facials and the wonderful skin care line she suggested have all changed that and I now have the confidence beautiful skin can give you! I use to think it was a luxury to get facials, massages and your nails done. I now understand it as a necessity to being the best me! My home away from home!!!
