Very clean and well managed. The folks caring for the facility are professional and friendly and take excellent care of everyone, whether customers or simply passers by. Price is higher than some but a rare example of money well spent!

I love this storage facility, I have been renting from them for a long time they are fair, helpful, and very professional. The new managers ron and lynn are doing a great job maintaining the property, they have made improvements everywhere. They have also maintained the amazing customer service that i would recieve from mark and laura. If your looking for a storage unit i would definitely recomend this place.

Good place , good people. Ron and Lynn are extremely professional. The units are clean. Snow removal is done immediately. Both Ron and Lynn are helpful, attentive and flexible.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.

Mark and Laura ARE GONE it is no longer a great place to use!!

My husband and I have been with this company since 2010 I believe. We have paid them approximately $13,000 over the years we have been there. We are certainly NOT perfect tenants but we have consistently always caught up on our payments paying any late fees without expecting any fees waived or even asking for that. A couple months ago Laura left the company and I'm not sure who all is there now but now they are totally and completely unwilling to work with you. Even when you call to make your payment. I called to pay 200 of a 260 dollar bill needing to wait a few more days to pay the 60 and the lady who answered the phone wouldn't take the 200 as payment to bring the amount down a bit or as good faith that I was trying to get it paid and said unless it was 260 I was out of luck period because it already had a lien. Which was fine I wasn't asking for the lien to be removed just trying to pay down the amount and get them their money but that wasn't appreciated or good enough.

We have always strived to keep our items and pay our bill never complaining about any fees because we know it's our fault it has been late. Laura had always communicated and worked with us these past years which has been a HUGE help as we have a special needs child in our home and have struggled with very costly medical expenses.

BEFORE Laura left I would have highly recommended them as a wonderful small town company to deal with but now I am saying STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Life circumstances happen to EVERYONE not just us so if you are looking for a company that will work with you and not threaten 100 dollar lien fees and strict policy or you'll loose your stuff period go to a different storage unit. There are to many BETTER options to risk you're items with these people.

As soon as we can afford the expense of a trip back to Colorado to clean it out we will definitely be moving to a different storage facility.

I moved into a newly vacated unit that Mark offered before it was even shown as available (it was the only available unit in the size I needed). He and staff cleaned it up as I signed the agreement, and he was very friendly and helpful. The unit and property is very clean and in excellent condition overall. Competitive pricing is even better with available package payment deals (pay up front for discounts). Free moving truck available to renters is an amazing perk, even if you go over the free time and mileage. I highly recommend Mark and this particular self-storage location based on numerous interactions with him, the condition of the units and property, and the easy of use of the facility. I estimate by the occupancy rate that people overall are very satisfied. I notice that the poor reviews are generally based on single situations, and the great reviews are based on extensive experience over time.
