I love this place. I had a problem with my eyes and contacts for years and three different eye doctors could not figure it out. I went to Wyomissing Optometric after moving to the area and Dr Legge was able to identify and fix my contact problem on my first visit. I purchased glasses and had trouble getting them to fit due to my round face and small nose; Susan the optician is wonderful, she knew exactly what needed to be adjusted to get them to fit perfectly! I highly recommend this place!!

It's been six weeks and still no glasses. Each person I talk to gives me a different excuse. Not recommended if you actually need glasses to see.

Good Eye exam but they cannot make glasses. They install the lens in your frames. Three pair of glass all of them are loose sounding lenses creaking in the frame. 2 pair were readjusted and still they did not make good tight hold on the lens. For the money they charged they should be perfect. Never in my 5 0 years of wearing glasses did I ever have a problem with the lenses not being tight in the frame. The just cut the lens wrong when fitting to the frame. And when you say something to the person who cut them wrong they get defensive. I will not be going back to them.

I was very pleased with all of the help I received at the Wyomissing Optometric Center. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a thorough eye exam.

The only down side is it may be little pricey for some folks. However, they do offer 20% discount for payment the day of the service. So in my opinion it was worth the money with all the care and testing I received.

It is better there then anywhere else I've gone. I've worn glasses since 2nd grade and wore contacts from age 12 to 38. They are very knowledgeable of all the options. I asked about contacts again and I am 58 now. There answer was I wouldn't be happy with the vision since my stigmatism was so bad. Was grateful for an honest answer. They could have just had me try and spend more money. They did not.

Hope this was helpful to others who may be looking for a doctor. I went to Dr. Sensenig. I Really liked her.

The staff at the Myerstown office made me feel welcome and at ease right away. This was the first time I've ever seen an optometrist. Dr. Burkhardt was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain everything he did to me. I highly recommend this office!

Have been going there for years but service in optical dept. isn't what it used to be. I have a large family and recently one of my children's experience was horrible. First the lens weren't correct she was supposed to have anti glare and photo grey. Two weeks later I had to take a 30 minute drive to have them corrected. The next day she was at school and the a teacher asked her if she was alright because one of her lenses was grey and the other wasn't. She had to live with 8th grades calling her Pirate until 2 weeks later and another 30 minute drive one way when she had that problem corrected. Less than 2 weeks after the lenses were finally correct the glasses broke right between the eyes. There was no contact or anything that should of caused this, I suspect it was the 3-4 times of heating the glasses to change out the lenses was the cause. Well to their credit they didn't charge me so the only thing I was out was 3 hours and some gas each time. The straw that broke the camels back was when 10 months later the temple separated from the rest of the glasses and they were going to charge me $140 and that was with a discount. I found the same glasses for $98 without a discount thank you. I don't mind paying for quality but I can't and I'm sure a lot of parents can't just throw money away. Love the doctors but I will purchase glasses at a place that has better customer service.
