My main bedroom developed a huge bump beneath the carpeting. I was afraid I had a big foundation problem, so I called WTX. As a single woman, I'm always wary of home repair people trying to rip me off. But Jacob came out and checked out the situation and said he didn't see any real foundation issues, only normal settling (my house is built on a slab). Top rate work. Came in and did exactly what was promised in a timely and professional manner. Very courteous and tuned in to what I was saying and wanting done. Was very knowledgeable and was able to point out what actually caused the problems and informed me of the danger of letting this problem persist, as well as the benefits of fixing the problem now.
