I cannot say enough good things about this store. I called this past Monday to see about ordering an Arai helmet online as I live three hours away. Sandra took the time to speak with me in a very professional manner and told me exactly what I needed to know. Once my order was placed, Vanessa reached out to me to answer any additional questions I had and to let me know my items would be shipping out that day. I received my helmet the next day, happy to see that their sizing recommendation fit my head perfectly as I had never tried on an Arai helmet previously. I will continue to do business with Auto Craze knowing that I am treated as a valued customer.

Autocraze is not just for the pros. Sandra helped me when I visited the store earlier this week, and I am an avid, but completely novice track day fan. Had I ordered on line I would have got everything wrong. With her help, patience, advice and expertise, I left the store with what I really needed. Great store staffed with even better people.

Wow customer service here is second to none. I ordered online, and unfortunately had to wait a while before sparco products arrived from factory (thank you covid). The whole time Aline was amazing. Regularly keeping me updated on my order progress, making sure I was happy. Could not ask for such amazing attention to detail. Then when they arrived at Autocraze, they sent them out to me. The very next day they arrived, unbelievable! I'm so happy I choose to order from here. And I will be doing so for the future.
