  I just called the number and waited 5 mins for someone to pick up the phone, when he did, I ask told him that I was looking for an appointment to spay 2 cats, he placed me on hold. After about 5 mins he came back to the phone and asked me how can I help you? I reminded him that I was the same girl that just asked for two appointments to spay cats, he said "oh yes please hold". All together I was on hold for 17 mins for him to tell me that it would be "about" $800 to spay each cat, on top of $180 each for vaccines. If they didn't want my business they could've just said that lol.

  Extraordinarily expensive, refused to refill essential medications before an out of state move because we didn't have time and couldn't pay for another $300 office visit. My cat had to suffer being off his meds for a few weeks before we could get to another vet and my cat didn't deserve that. Yeah, we need to check blood levels periodically to see if the meds need to be adjusted, but cutting us off entirely and making us ration his meds and then running out before we could make it to another provider in time was cruel. (Also not talking about a controlled substance, just thyroid meds).
  Excellent vet and staff in the past, but after how much I was continually overcharged compared to other providers and how we were ghosted when we were about to move, I can't recommend this clinic.

  I have been a customer for over 10 years. I recommend this place to everyone. I have 5 cats and a dog, my sister has 3 cats, my mom 2 cats, my friend 3 cats and a dog, and we all trust dr. Moreno and staff with our babies. They truly treat your pets like their own. I drive all the way from sunrise because I won't go anywhere else.

  I can’t express my gratitude for this place. As a pet mom, it was so hard for me to take my boys somewhere that I could blindly trust. Dr. Moreno and his staff were so welcoming and understanding. He answered all my concerns and reassured me with all the care. My boys, Odin and Mushu, have previous trauma going to the vet. They were so happy and excited to be there. They wiggled their butts and gave Dr. Moreno love and kisses. I will never change vet! I have found a forever home for their care.

  Only words of gratitude to Dr. Ember Moreno, excellent professional, friendly, he did a very good job in my kitten Bluey's surgery. Since I arrived at the Hospital, I felt calm, I was received by Susy, a wonderful and kind girl. I finally found people like those who took care of my pets in my native country. Dr. Moreno is a professional full of qualities, who understands the suffering of the owners of his patients and takes the time to explain what is happening and fill us with confidence. Dr. Moreno, Susy and staff, thank you, thank you, thank you.
