I would NOT recommend Wrights Corners Animal Hospital. I had been a client of theirs for many years with my Cat & Dog. I have spent $1,000s of dollars to this place. They failed to properly diagnose & treat my dog. Wrights Corners was giving my dog such a high dose of medication, that by the time they referred me out to a specialty Doctor, the specialist took 1 look at her & knew w/ out a doubt that she was over medicated.
My dog now goes regularly to Orchard Park Veterinarian Hospital & she is extremely well cared for. After seeing just about every doctor in Wrights Corners, they finally referred me to the more skilled Animal Hospital in Orchard Park, she would not be with us today, had I not switched doctors, that is a fact.
She gets a blood panel done every 3 mnths at Orchard Park, for monitoring her levels.
I go into Wrights Corners today to purchase a flea pill & I was turned away because Orchard Park sees her regularly now (on referral from Wrights Corners, mind you!) I live in Newfane a couple miles from Wrights Corners Animal Hospital & after years of loyalty to them & the Fortune I've spent there, I'm told that I can not have a flea pill & need to go back to Orchard Park to get one! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!
So customers, BEWARE!!!! It doesn't matter how many Christmas cards they send you or hard earned $ you spend.this is their loyalty back to US!!! I explained to Wrights Corners Animal Care center that because my dog has to be seen every 3 mnths by a specialty Doctor (from Wrights Corners Referral!), Orchard Park gives her all her routine shots/updates.
So folks, excersise your rights in pet health care. Wrights Corners Animal Hospital is over priced & does not care to HELP their clients, of many yrseven though, they could not diagnose my dog after several tests/money spent.
Very disgusted in Wrights Corners & want to share with anyone looking for a place to take their beloved pet..they are not as skilled or LOYAL to US!
Very disappointed!

When my cat got sick, I called and asked when I could get her in. Told them she hadn't eaten or drank for two days and wasn't looking good. Girl asked if I had brought her there before. I said no, but we had a dog that went there year's ago. Girl asked if i knew the vet's name. I couldnt remember it. Put on hold. They said they could see her next Tuesday. I called on a Tuesdayseven days? I guess you have to be a regular to get your pet seen before a week, since I know other people who can get there's in on the same day. Apparently suffering doesn't matter. But I'd bet if I called to euthanize her, I'd be scheduled the next day. You need better staff. Your receptionist was unsympathetic and seemed bothered by my request. Calling was made on Aug 29 @ 5pm.

Decent care, however they try to push all these tests on my healthy dog. Also, I wanted to get a cleaning done to be preventative because she is getting older (her teeth are not bad, the vet did not even recommend this, I brought it up) and then they tried to tell me there may need to be teeth extracted. I will not be going back.

Seems like people give bad reviews about a business when they don’t get their way. Having been a client of Wright's Corner Animal Care Center for almost 20 years, I enthusiastically give them a 5 STAR rating. I am always greeted by name and with a smile from the girls behind the front desk as well as the vet techs who may come to the front waiting area. All vets on staff are knowledgeable and are willing to research and come up with a solution to a particularly perplexing medical problem. I have recommended several of my friends to this practice, and they have been equally satisfied mostly because of the way they were treated and the medical expertise. In addition, I find the costs of many of the services and medications to be lower than many of the larger animal hospitals. I will always remember when I had to finally put my beloved Clare to sleep how everyone came up to her when she was in my arms and said good bye. Thank you everyone at Wright's Corner!!!!!!! Keep doing what you’re doing—giving us the best care possible for our pets!
