We found Dr. Neno when our previous vet couldn't be less invested or helpful toward me or my dog. She was very adept and caring with our pup Mora. Right away I knew we had found the right place. Dr. Neno and her staff are some of the most professional and engaged people I have ever worked with. When Mora was diagnosed with cancer and I had to take her to a specialist, Dr. Neno called every week or so to check her status. After Mora's passing Dr. Neno and staff were the first to offer their condolences. I consider myself lucky to have found her office and as long as she practices I will bring my loved ones to her!

Dr Neno is a particularly good veterinarian. She explains everything well and shows you whatever odd findings she may have regarding your pets. One of my wife's cats had a Botfly lay an egg in its cheek and she showed us the larva! We also rescued some neighborhood kittens and Dr Neno helped us out greatly. The entire staff is very helpful, from reception to the technicians. One can tell this establishment deeply cares for the pets.

I will never trust my fur family to another Animal Hospital. Barre AH has been by far our best experience ever. I have had 2 fur family who were extremely ill on seperate occasions. The care and compassion that they received while they were being treated, was beyond exceptional. I don't leave questioning if they are going to treat my pets right, as I can see the love each of the employees and Dr. Neno have for the them. I tell everyone who is willing to listen to me rave about Barre Animal Hospital, whenever I can.

I had taken my previous 2 dogs to another vet in Brockport for many years. After getting my new pup last August, I called to make her first appointment. They told me the soonest they could get her in was almost 2 weeks which I found unacceptable. I called Barre Animal Hospital and they got her in the same day. She had some health issues but after the loving care of everyone there she is a healthy girl. I like that it is a smaller practice and they can take the time for each patient.

These folks have been caring for my animals for the last 10 years. When my dog passed, they were kind and compassionate. When I take my current dog, they remember all kinds of details about her and continue to provide amazing service.
