You should see the renovations! Although I have not explored everything, the facility has obviously been rearranged to allow for better service. The staff are both knowledgeable and kind, so they treat visitors as valued patrons, rather than as transactions to be completed.
I have received college and car loans and a mortgage here, and I helped my children establish their own accounts, as well. (There's even a savings incentive plan for babies which you should check out for your children or grandchildren. I wish it had been around a few years earlier!)
