  I just went in the store for the very first time ever, I was greeted so great by this lady name Savannah, absolutely answered every question I have and was extremely nice had a simple question about a cigar box literally so nice they handed it over to me. 100% they have my business for life and I will shout from the rooftops how great the smoke and Vape store is. They literally have everything and anything you could imagine !!!! Love this place 10

  This place is great! Amazing service, friendly staff, and very clean inside. Savannah is a great employee and has helped me plenty when I’ve had to come in.

  Savannah was essential in my vape picking process. she was absolutely polite and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. definitely one of the best experiences ever in a smoke shop

  Highly suggested and recommended location. This is the only smoke shop I go to and even if I move out of Doral, I will still be back here. The whole team here is absolutely top notch. Rob, Anthony, Rene, Sav, and Julian are top tier employees. The selection at the store is elite, their customer service is A1, and they help me out everytime I go there. Im 100000% a customer for life here.

  Often come here because of their competitive prices and good selection. I went in yesterday to buy a couple of vapes, and the taste and smoke were funky; with these products, if the taste is not the same, it means the product is bad and should not be vaped; I came back and told them the situation and to be honest; the sales person was friendly and told me he could exchange them for two more, to which I accepted, but these two were also in bad condition, meaning their entire batch was not good. Still, instead of doing a refund, they just told me there wasn't anything they could do. Customers should not bear the brunt of the store's defective items.
