They have moderate gas prices but good gas
Jamie diagnosed a hard problem and charged a fair price. I would come back again. Not a fancy shop but did good work
This place is a joke. My boyfriend got a Turbo rebuilt here. After 4 two hour trips because the eased it up the first time and were had to take it back we thought it was fixed. After spending another 75 bucks at another performance shop we come to find out it was junk and was never touched. We also took it for another check at a different shop and they said the same thing. When he called Wooster diesel they cursed him out and yelled at him on the phone and hung up on him. So if you like being treated like the scum of the earth go hereif not stay very clear! Were out close to 800 bucks now and have a junk Turbo thats only good for a paperweight
I have never been one to talk bad about anyone. After careful consideration, I have decided to share my experience. About a year ago, I spent close to $8000 on a truck at Wooster Diesel Performance. The truck needed an EGR valve and the intake cleaned. I was talked into doing major preventative work including head gaskets, head studs, HPOP, oil cooler, EGR delete, stand pipes, etc. I know that these are problem areas on the 6.0 Powerstroke, so I went ahead and had the work performed. Six thousand miles later the truck is building excessive pressure in the cooling system. I took it to a very reputable dealer for an oil change, and they noticed coolant spraying out of the radiator cap.which unfortunately means a blown head gasket. I have owned a half dozen 6.0 Fords, so I am well aware. The diesel tech, which has worked on four of my trucks (and I have had ZERO problems with any of his work), did a test for exhaust gas in the coolant. It pretty much confirmed a blown head gasket. I showed him a receipt of the work. He showed me several parts that had never been replaced that I was charged for. Long story short..I am spending close to $4000 to replace parts that I was charged for that I never received. I am understanding if things break after repair, but I am not understanding of deceit. I paid thousands of dollars for work that was never done, and consequently caused more damage. Consumers bewareI was ripped offdon't be next.
I called some of their local competitors first all of them did not want to answer any questions but these guys didn't they treated me great thank you very much
